Dear Foodbank Supporters,
Notice something different? That’s right — we’ve given our website a bit of a facelift! We’re pleased to unveil our new look in conjunction with Hunger Action Month, a time for mobilizing the public and raising awareness about food insecurity in our community. This new site with its sleeker design and easier-to-find features more effectively highlights what’s most important to us and to our community.
Our goal with this new mobile-friendly website is to offer our visitors an easier way to learn about the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore’s services as well as ways you can assist in eliminating hunger, locally and nationally. Clients and others will find useful information about our services on the homepage of this new website. Amongst the enhanced features, the site contains integrated social media buttons for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to foster improved communication with the community. We will be constantly updating our content with helpful information, articles, blogs, newsletters, announcements and agency/client success stories in the “News and Events” section.
We hope you find the new website with its fresh look and wealth of information at your fingertips helpful. We would like to thank the amazing staff at Pilot Media for their time and energy to make this site what it is today.
Tell us what you think! Send your questions, suggestions, feedback or comments. And above all, remember that together we can solve hunger.
