The Gallery Talk, entitled “Freedom from Want,” will feature classic works of art that incorporate food. It will be moderated by Dr. Erik Neil, Director of the Chrysler Museum of Art, and Dr. Ruth Jones Nichols, CEO of the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore.
The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore is proud to be a part of the Chrysler Museum’s “Four Freedoms” exhibition. Don’t miss this opportunity to join the discussion surrounding “Freedom from Want,” how it relates to food insecurity in our region, and the ways in which women can be a part of the solution. This event will also help raise funds for our BackPack Program.
