The Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and Eastern Shore to Receive 37,000-Pound Protein Donation from Smithfield Foods

WHAT: As part of the National Pork Producers Council Give a Ham challenge, Smithfield Foods is donating 37,000 pounds of protein to the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore. Following delivery and brief presentation, Smithfield employees and their families will participate in a service project, packing bags for the school Backpack Program.
