Norfolk, VA – March 7, 2023 – This year’s annual Canstruction® Design and Build Competition is set to begin at 8:00 a.m. on March 19 at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach. Canstruction® is a unique charity art exhibition and event in which architectural and engineering firms compete to see who can best defy the laws of gravity by creating elaborate structures out of canned food.

Each team will have eight hours to build their structures. They will be judged, and honors announced at an awards ceremony scheduled for Tuesday March 21 from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
